We’ve achieved 600% growth in 2023 and are on track to becoming a £100m global beauty brand. Who You Are: We’re looking for our first full-time Retail Account Executive to join our team. As the first retail partnership hire for the company, embark on a journey with us, where you'll be at the forefront of our ambitious path to becoming an omnichannel global beauty leader. You will manage and nurture our relationships with wholesale and retail partners such as Sephora, Selfridges, Douglas and many more. You will play a key role in ensuring that Hello Klean meets its store sales targets and enhances brand visibility through effective retail marketing strategies. Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day operations and communications with key retail accounts.
  • Develop and execute strategies to meet or exceed sales targets at retail locations.
  • Coordinate with the marketing team to plan and implement retail-specific marketing campaigns and visual merchandising.
  • Monitor sales performance and market trends to adjust strategies as necessary.
  • Prepare the documentation and launch materials to onboard new retail partners.
  • Arrange store staff training and educational material for in-store distribution.
  • Work closely with retail partners to ensure optimal product placement and promotional activities.
Qualifications
  • 2-3 years of experience in retail account management, preferably in the beauty or consumer goods sector.
  • Strong understanding of retail dynamics and consumer behaviour.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with building and maintaining relationships.
  • Proactive, results-driven, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
