We require an experienced, motivated and flexible Senior Care Assistant for our busy home based in Derriford, Plymouth.

The post requires a degree of flexibility due to the nature of the job role and to cover holidays. This role will involve day/evening and weekend shifts, working on a rota basis.

Applicants with previous experience are desirable but the training will be provided for the right applicant. As a Senior Care Assistant you will be required to work alongside the RGN on shift and assist with medicines administration, care planning for residential individuals, leading a team, organising appointment and health professional visits etc, this list is not exhaustive.

You will work alongside the care team providing hands on care, observation and guidance to ensure a high standard of care is delivered.
