About the Role

As a Senior Care Assistant, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing personal care and support to residents, including assistance with daily living activities
  • Supporting residents with their hobbies and interests, such as arts and crafts, watching TV, or going for walks
  • Assisting with meal times and ensuring residents have access to nutritious food and drinks
  • Participating in care planning and contributing to the development of individual care plans
  • Working collaboratively with other members of the care team to ensure seamless care delivery
