The Workforce Resourcing Team are looking for focused team players with a can do attitude to join us on our improvement journey.

This key role will be responsible for the end to end recruitment process for general staff as well as medical staff.

Our open plan office is open 8-5 weekdays, with the occasional weekend working requirement.

The post holder will be responsible for the provision of comprehensive recruitment campaign co-ordination and follow-up service including Right to Work and DBS compliance, meeting the departments Service Level Agreements and providing advice and guidance to applicants and hiring managers.

You will also promote good customer service practice and provide a proactive, efficient end to end recruitment service for a designated service area, through liaison with heads of departments, line managers and external stakeholders relating to the recruitment/selection and retention of staff.

You will also promote the key elements of the departments performance measures to all appointing managers, ensuring that a high quality of service is maintained and that the individual complies with the Trust Recruitment and Selection policy and procedure to ensure a timely, effective service is provided which complies with employment legislation and best practice.

The Queen Elizabeth Hospital King’s Lynn NHS Foundation Trust is a 500-bed district general hospital which competes on a national level in a number of areas. We are the only acute provider within a 40 miles radius and have a key role as part of the local health economy.
