Throughout the UK the Group employs close to 300 including pharmacists, skilled technicians, HR, IT, procurement, warehouse, and customer services staff.

Our Aseptic Services department manufacture life-saving chemotherapy drugs. We are looking to add an **Aseptic Stock Controller** to support this busy and fast-paced team.

As an **Aseptic Stock Controller** your responsibilities will include, though will not be limited to:

- Following, promoting, and enforcing relevant SOPs, Job Aids, Company policies and procedures.
- Managing stock inventories and conducting regular audits/ reconciliations, making sure that stock rotation practices are followed.
- Ensuring that the supplies are sufficient to meet the demand of customers.
- Coordinating with the Supply Chain Manager and other departments.
- Ensuring that Warehouse staff are adequately trained in and observe the principles of Good Distribution Practice (GDP).
- Ensuring activities meet with organisational requirements for quality management, health and safety, GDP and GMP, legal stipulations, environmental policies, and general duty of care.
- Undertaking all associated staff management responsibilities including monthly one to ones/ check ins and ensure objectives are set and progress reviewed.
- Monitoring, measuring and reporting on operational issues, opportunities and development plans and achievements, within agreed timescales.
- Proactively supporting the businesses operations by helping in other departments which may be busier than your own at a particular time.

**To be successful in this role, you should be able to demonstrate**:

- Experience of operating in a similar role is essential.
- The ability to successfully manage a team to ensure operational excellence and process effectiveness.
- Confident dealing with managers and employees at all levels.
- In depth knowledge of GDP and GMP.
- Understanding of legal stipulations, environmental policies, and duty of care.
- Great accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ability to establish and maintain interpersonal relationships.
- Experience working in pharmaceutical / healthcare / life sciences industry advantageous.

Hours of work will be Monday-Friday 9am-6pm.
