Our Quality Assurance department are key to making sure the products we make and distribute are of the highest standard and that all our departments are working in compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices

**Throughout the 12 month placement, as a Quality Assurance Officer, your duties will include, although are not limited to**:

- Monitor and Assist quality assurance activities, to ensure compliance with GMP and GDP
- Promoting quality compliance, performance improvement and achievement throughout the organisation.
- Controlling and maintaining Pharmaceutical Quality Systems.
- Writing, reviewing, and approving quality documents (For example, unplanned incidents, change requests, CAPA, procedural documents, complaints, master batch records etc.)
- Supporting the Aseptic Department with quality activities such as the raising and execution of quality documents (For example, unplanned incidents, change requests, CAPA, procedural documents, complaints, master batch records etc.)
- Approving and periodic reviewing of vendors, including identification of supply chain and creation and approving quality agreements.

**To be successful in this role, you should be able to demonstrate**:

- Currently attending university studying a scientifice related discipline
- Good standard of education
- Good literacy and numerical skills
- Good IT skills
- Report preparation
- Process and procedure driven
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team
- Good planning and organisational skills

**Hours of work : Monday - Friday 09.00- 18.00**
