Job Introduction
DAC Beachcroft is looking to appoint a Reward Lead to join our busy HR team in Bristol.

Leading the delivery of the reward agenda, you will be responsible for ensuring accuracy, compliance and engagement across all elements of Reward. The role reports directly to the Head of People Operations and will play a key role supporting the development, management and delivery of Reward & Benefits activities.

Main Responsibilities
- Work with the HR team to provide support to other colleagues on matters relating to reward, upskilling where necessary
- Responsible for day to day provision of reward advice to HR colleagues across the Firm
- Management of one direct report and identify appropriate training to support personal development through feedback, performance management and continued assessment of training needs. Work with the Reward Analyst to develop methods to present data in simple understandable ways
- Lead on annual reward cyclical activity, including the analysis, provision of market data and recommendations, budgeting, approvals and communication
- Manage relationships with external brokers and consultants, ensuring that they provide the support and advice required in an effective and timely manner
- Review delivery of reward and benefits and make recommendations on changes and improvements, demonstrating continuous improvement and lead on reward related projects
- Review and update reward policies, procedures and processes as necessary, and publish / communicate any changes to the wider Firm
- Ensure all legislative reward reporting is completed accurately, alongside the HR Data and Systems team
- Keep informed of legal and market practices in respect to reward and make recommendations to senior stakeholders to ensure the business is compliant and informed

- Proven experience of reward and benefits operations and management
- Proven experience of managing relationships with external suppliers and brokers
- Technical legal knowledge of pay, benefits and pensions
- Excellent project management skills and experience of leading projects
- Client focused approach; highly motivated to provide excellent advice and deliver results
- Excellent commercial awareness in order to drive quality, efficiency and cost savings
- Ability to build strong relationships at all levels within the HR team and across the firm; leads by example and coaches team members
- Able to evaluate commercial or financial risk, people implications and recommend action to mitigate where appropriate
- Capable of handling complex and difficult situations with thought, confidence and attention to detail
- Curious mindset; ability to challenge the status quo and propose and implement solutions
- Ability to manage and develop people
- Highly numerate with strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Excellent analytical skills, rooted in commerciality to deliver practical solutions and recommend solutions
- Excellent collaborator, problem solver and communicator
- Excellent presentation, written and communication skills
- Highly organised and able to prioritise workload and meet deadlines

**Desirable**:

- Strategic reward experience, understanding the business drivers and delivering effective reward solutions to deliver business success.
- Experience of international/expat reward.
