**The Company**

Evonetix is a start-up biotech company which is set to revolutionize gene synthesis. Our desktop DNA platform is based on a novel silicon chip which is capable of the independent control of many thousands of miniaturized reaction sites, allowing massive parallelism of the DNA synthesis process. Our community is a multidisciplinary team of mechanical, electronic and software engineers, synthetic and surface chemists, physicists and biologists, with a growing production and test function.

**The Role**

We are seeking a laboratory Coordinator to provide logístical support the company as it transitions from R&D into a product development phase. You will be working with a team of multidisciplinary scientists and engineers in a role that impacts every area of the business.
- Run good in, coordinate with teams to ensure deliveries are received in a timely manner.
- Ensure good housekeeping and safety standards are maintained throughout.
- Ensure labs are supplied with basic communables.
- Schedule and perform regular equipment maintenance.
- Communicate with operations to coordinate facilities maintenance.

**Requirements**:

- Experience of operating in an industrial laboratory.
- Meticulous and detail orientated.
- Familiar with Microsoft office.
- Experience with or ability to learn how to use electronic notebooks, sample management systems, ordering systems etc.
- Familiarity with SOP’s and H&S processes.
- Knowledge of 6S principles advantageous, but training will be provided.
- Ability to communicate and coordinate with internal customers and team members.
