We are a well-established hospitality group with multiple properties on the Isle of Wight. We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional customer experiences and are committed to providing the highest standards of service.

We are seeking a creative marketing wiz to join our team. You will play a crucial role in supporting the company in implementing effective marketing strategies to promote our hospitality group and it's offerings. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual who is passionate about marketing and wants to contribute to the growth and success of our business.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, print, and social media.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities.
- Create engaging content for social media platforms, website, and other marketing materials.
- Monitor and analyse the performance of marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and effective communication.
- Assist in organising and coordinating events and activities.
- Support the team in day-to-day administrative tasks.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in a marketing role, preferably within the hospitality industry.
- Strong understanding of marketing principles and techniques, plus an understanding of GDPR.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in using social media platforms and digital marketing tools.
- Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Knowledge of the Isle of Wight tourism and the hospitality industry is important.

**Desirable**:

- Knowledge of ResDiary and TouchOffice
- Experience in updating and managing websites
