Location: Swindon, Wiltshire

**Salary**: £46,400 per annum

Hours: 37 hours per week, 52 weeks per year

**Curriculum Manager - Motor Vehicle and Engineering **- The Role:
As the newly appointed Curriculum Manager, you will be expected to lead, grow and develop our High Quality and expansive provision within the Engineering and Automotive sectors. This role will be predominantly based at our North Star Campus where you willhave access to state of the art facilities in Engineering and expansive Automotive. You will manage the two curriculum teams, learning resources and budgets to ensure that the Quality of Education and Personal Development of learners will prosper under yourleadership and management.

You will liaise with curriculum staff within the learning area and across other curriculum areas, as well as support staff to facilitate the smooth organisation and effective utilisation of staffing and physical resources to optimise the student learningexperience.

You will be educated to degree level and hold qualified teacher status. You will hold a management qualification at Level 4 or be willing to work towards this.
