Our market-leading client are looking for a Development Lead to join them on a permanent basis to evaluate apprenticeships curriculum for various programmes.


Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, maintain and evaluate the mapping of army led delivery to apprenticeship standards knowledge, skills and behaviours
  • Update Apprenticeship curriculum and develop any new curriculum teaching materials
  • Coordinate with other departments and the Army to ensure assessment results and evidence are provided for moderation
  • Update mapping of Army delivery into the Apprenticeship

Skills Required:

  • 5 years' experience in curriculum development position including experience in the content and design
  • Extensive knowledge of work-based learning programmes as well as designing curriculums, aligning to the standards and creating a programme of delivery and content
  • Understand of engineering qualifications and apprenticeships
  • Experience managing relationships both internal and external
  • You must hold or be eligible for a SC Clearance

Desirable:

  • Previous experience in the defence sector ideally in military area
