**Job Description**:
The Operations Assistant role at Steer73 will be an exciting role for someone who wants to work as part of a busy team, who focuses on the success of the business.
The Operations team, at Steer73, is in a phase of growth. Anyone joining this team has plenty of opportunities to succeed and see a multitude of operational tasks that are cross-functional.
In this role, you will enjoy managing changing priorities, working at a fast pace, working with all levels of the company, managing the most urgent and the most mundane tasks, as wells as everything in-between, you will be discreet, sensitive, and have an awareness of what it makes to achieve operational effectiveness.
**Please note**: this is a fully remote role, we welcome applicants from anywhere within the UK.
**You will have the following responsibilities**:
- Supporting the COO and Operations team in their daily tasks.
- Helping to manage internal company meetings and communications.
- Providing administration support across the business.
- Supporting the Operations team with the roll-out and enforcement of company policies and standards.
- Helping to run the People Management Tool and helping to ensure that all data and documentation entered is accurate and up to date.
- Supporting our IT function in areas that crossover between IT and Operations.
There is no requirement for previous operations experience. All we require is a proactive and positive attitude. If you have any of the following qualities and skills this will be a distinct benefit:
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and be able to work flexibly when required.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple enquiries simultaneously.
- Fully Competent in Microsoft Office Products.
- Strong literacy, numeracy, administration, and organisational skills.
- Good written and oral communication skills.
- Pro-activity and a positive attitude.
- Honesty and willingness to work hard.
