**Key Responsibilities**
- Provide accurate information and guidance on products, services, and company policies to customers.
- Assist customers in placing orders, processing returns, and resolving any issues that may arise during the purchase process.
- Handle customer complaints and concerns in a calm and empathetic manner, aiming to provide satisfactory resolutions.
- Maintain customer records and update relevant information in the database.
- Collaborate with other team members and departments to ensure efficient problem resolution and customer satisfaction.
- Identify and escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate team or supervisor.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers.
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude when dealing with customers, striving to exceed their expectations.
- Contribute to the improvement of customer service processes and procedures by providing feedback and suggestions.

**Qualifications & Skills**
- Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred but not essential.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to remain calm and composed in challenging situations.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
- Proficiency in using customer service software, databases, and standard office tools.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well within a team.
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including evenings and weekends if required.
- A genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

**Salary**

The salary for this position ranges from £20,000 to £25,000 p/a
