The Team:
Cundall’s HR team provides exceptional people support to our highly skilled engineering and support staff all around the world. Currently implanting a new HR Information System the HR Operations team are looking to strengthen the team to support the smooth running of day to day HR activities during this transition.
The Role:
Working as part of our close-knit HR team, the HR Administrator will provide comprehensive office and administrative support across a range of HR activities.
In this highly varied role, you will undertake general HR administrative duties which can include monitoring and responding to queries in the HR Team inbox, updating and maintaining HR systems, processing new starters and leavers, preparing induction timetables and new starter packs.#
You will be required to respond professionally and in a timely manner to general HR queries, to draft correspondence.
The Skills:
You will want to join our team if you have recent experience of working within a similar HR role, and a natural desire to provide an excellent service.
You have strong attention to detail and initiative, traits that have led you to receive positive feedback during study and/or employment. You are naturally highly organised and have very good communication skills. You also have the interpersonal qualities that have enabled you to form excellent relationships with peers and colleagues to-date.
Crucially, you have experience of and be a confident user of Microsoft packages such as Word and Excel and, ideally a HRIS system.
