Our client operates a modern and efficient fertiliser packaging and distribution centre within the Port of Belfast.

They are currently seeking a Despatch Administrator for their busy operation.

**Hours of work**:
Monday to Friday, 8am - 4.30pm (flexibility required during busy periods as above).

**Rate of pay**:
£10.50 per hour + Overtime

**Key responsibilities**:

- Provide general administrative support to the automotive activities onsite and its Drivers.
- Maintain and update systems, ensuring that all movements are both recorded and documented.
- Ensure that stock levels are maintained and reconciled.
- Generate and collate dispatch paperwork.
- Handle all telephone enquiries.
- Processing orders on SAP system and invoicing accordingly.
- Weighbridge operation (training will be provided).
- Any other duties as required.

**Person specification**:

- Experience in an administration role in a busy office environment, ideally within the transport or logistics industry.
- The ability to plan and prioritise your work load, ensuring that weekly deadlines are met along with ad-hoc tasks.
- Proficient user of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Excellent communication skills and experience of dealing with external and internal suppliers & customers.
- Flexibility regarding shift patterns i.e. covering between the hours of 7.00am and 7.00pm Monday to Friday.
