We're specifically seeking individuals who thrive in fast-paced environments, aren't daunted by physical work, and can tackle the intricate challenges inherent in corrugated packaging. This includes familiarity with flexographic printing, flatbed die-cutting, and folding-gluing machinery. If this sounds like you, we'd love to hear from you.

This is an opportunity to showcase your expertise in a production environment:

- Working collaboratively as part of a team to achieve the production schedules and ensure timely completion of orders. This includes feeding machines with the board, end-of-line bundling, and strapping, palletising finished goods.
- Supporting the quality control procedures throughout the process.
- Support in troubleshooting and resolving any issues that may arise during production.
- Regular daily housekeeping of the factory to maintain high levels of cleanliness.
- Room for growth and advancement in a forward-thinking company.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in manufacturing or a related production field, demonstrating a solid understanding of manufacturing processes and adherence to quality control standards.
- Exceptional attention to detail and adept problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, efficiently managing tasks and priorities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work efficiently within the team.
- Proven track record of meeting production targets with flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and production schedules.

Please note this positions are Shift patter on Weekly rotation of Early (5:45 - 14:00) and Late (13:45 - 22:00)
