**Customer Service Administrator - IMMEDIATE START**
OA are recruiting for a Customer Service Administrator on behalf of our client who works in facilities and infrastructure. Seeking a highly motivated individual with previous experience in a similar role in administration, in an office environment, with a good understanding of management systems and working in a similar industry.
**Role**: Customer Service Administrator (site based)
**Rate**:£23,000pa -£25,000pa
**Days**: Monday to Friday.
**Times**: 08.30am - 5.30pm
**Location**: Ilford
**Duration**: Full-Time, Temporary to perm
**Customer Service Administrator Responsibilities**:
- Taking calls from customers chasing updates, calling over jobs.
- Raising work orders on the CRM system
- Uploading quotes to customers portals
- Raising accepted quotes on our system
- Answering the phone and parking engineers online
- Monitoring the shared mailbox
- Checking engineers have completed customer portals.
- Creating and issuing reports
**Customer Services Administrator Requirements**:
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- People person - must have a confident telephone manner to deliver great customer service
- Well organised
- Problem solving ability
- Able to cope with a busy and fast paced environment
- Excellent time management and managing own workload.
- Team player
- Strong Microsoft package skills - Excel & Office
- Previous experience working with clients, engineers and/or tenants
