**So, where do i fit in?**
- We’re looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner to join our Talent & Development team. In the role you’ll act as a trusted partner and advisor to a range of stakeholders across the business, building strong collaborative relationships. You’ll provide outstanding support and guidance as well as coaching to understand and deliver on leaders hiring requirements, balancing both the business need and market position.
Working in a fast-paced environment, you’ll cover the full recruitment cycle, from attraction, to sourcing, selection, offer as well as the beginning of the onboarding process, finding the best diverse talent for all permeant, fixed term and contract opportunities. This role has the potential to support recruitment activity across the whole organisation from Customer Operations, IT & Digital, our Support functions (Marketing, Legal, Finance etc) through to hiring engineers to fit green tech in homes and businesses, so there’s lots of opportunity to get involved in something different.

Key responsibilities:

- Experience of the external market - LinkedIn sourcing, specialist job board posting, networking and other effective campaigns.
- Experience of different assessment methods.
- Creating, developing and collaborating on strategies and practices that support the wider talent and development agenda.
