**Here’s what you’ll be doing**
- Dealing with customers both over the phone and face to face from the initial enquiry stage and then following the sales process through from start to finish. This will include producing quotes, raising orders, invoicing
- Sourcing products & negotiating prices with suppliers
- Supporting our external Account Managers with knowledge and expertise
**Here’s what you’ll need to be successful**
- Proactive attitude towards sales, recognising opportunities to upsell
- Effective interpersonal skills to build relationships with our customers and suppliers
- Competent in the use of MS office, particularly Outlook & Excel
- Commercial awareness with the ability to understand profit, margins etc.
- Excellent organisational skills
