As a Credit Controller, you'll oversee the entire credit control process, from communication and chasing overdue accounts to managing risk through credit checks and limit reviews.

Daily duties include:

- Ensure timely payments are received.
- Process incoming funds (cash allocations).
- Proactively follow up with on overdue accounts and payment promises via written and verbal communication.
- Regularly send statements, reminders and accounting status updates to customers.
- Run credit checks and review credit limits.
- Ensure that any approved credits are raised in a timely fashion.
- Action credit note returns.
- Create and maintain strong customer relationships and regular communication.
- Work collaboratively with Sales and Customer Services departments to resolve any customer queries through strong relationship building.
- Maintain accurate customer master data.
- Process ad-hoc tasks such as write offs and card payments.
- Ensure GDPR compliance at all stages of the Credit Control process, escalating any concerns or risks to the European Financial Controller.
