**About the Role**
We are seeking an experienced credit controller to join our team at Forrest Recruitment. As a credit controller, you will be responsible for managing outstanding debts, preparing correspondences, and liaising with debt recovery agencies and the accounts team.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Chasing outstanding debts via phone and email
* Preparing relevant correspondences to clients
* Liaising with debt recovery agencies and the accounts team
* Preparing statements of accounts for clients
* Liaising with business owners and analysing data to prepare reports and collection statistics
**Requirements**
To be successful in this role, you will have a good eye for detail, be able to communicate well over phone and email, be well organised, and able to work in a fast-paced environment. Credit control experience is essential.
