Credit Controller

RG Consultancy is seeking a skilled Credit Controller to join our team. As a Credit Controller, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the company's cash flow is maintained by effectively managing customer debt.
Key Responsibilities:- Liaise with internal and external customers to resolve daily queries and resolve any issues related to customer spend and credit limits.
- Collect overdue debt to minimize potential bad debt for the business.
- Ensure customer spend is within provided credit limits and negotiate re-payment plans as needed.
- Respond to relevant client enquiries and resolve any disputes in a timely manner.
- Responsible for a ledger collecting the company's debt to agreed terms by phone and email.
- Achieve monthly cash targets and maintain a low Days Sales Outstanding (DSO) ratio.
- Query resolution and dispute reporting.
- Maintain accurate records and provide regular updates to management.
- Background in credit control or a related field.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
