Contract: 30 hours per week / Fixed Term until the end of the year.

We are delighted to be able to offer a SEN Teaching Assistant role working with ASD and ADHD. This is an exciting opportunity for anyone wishing to be part of a dedicated team and with a strong desire to develop children’s learning and improve their life chances.

You will need to be an enthusiastic team player with a positive outlook to facilitate the children reaching their full potential. Experience of working with Special Educational Needs would be an advantage although not essential. Ideally you will be patient and calm, with a consistent and positive approach to managing pupils’ behaviour and a good understanding of how children learn.

An understanding of how young children learn.

A friendly and caring nature and be reflective and self-motivated.

A positive attitude to developing their own practice, be flexible and cheerful.

A good imagination to develop the children’s learning through play.

The ability to use their initiative and facilitate individual children’s learning.

Dedication to safeguarding the children and the environment.

**Salary**: £80.00-£110.00 per day
