We are seeking a skilled SEN Teaching Assistant to join our team on a temporary basis. As a member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality educational support to our students, helping them achieve their full potential.

About the Job

As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will be responsible for supporting teaching staff with lesson planning, delivering engaging lessons, and establishing positive relationships with pupils and colleagues. This role offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic, educational environment where creativity, patience, and enthusiasm are highly valued.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, time management abilities, and organisational skills. Knowledge of confidentiality and the ability to use ICT are also desirable traits. Responsibilities
  • Supporting teaching staff with lesson planning and delivery
  • Assisting with pupil supervision and progress

We offer a competitive salary of £22,000 - £28,000 per annum (dependent on experience), as well as the opportunity to work in a supportive and dynamic team environment.
