A local authority in the Lincolnshire are looking for a Supervising Social Worker to join their Kinship and Supervising team.

The Fostering Service looks after children who are placed in both foster care households and Kinship placements. These Kinship placements create a more holistic experience for all parties involved as it allows families and the children to stay connected, allowingfor a smoother transition which leads to an enjoyable placements and better work-life balance.

This will come with its benefits in the near future, the successful applicant will have the opportunity to progress quicker.

**Requirements**:

- Social Work England Registered
- Previous experience as a Social Worker within a Fostering environment
