**Care Coordinator**

**£22,500 per annum**

Manorcourt Homecare are recruiting for a care coordinator to join our team in our Norwich branch.

Working as part of a team you will be required to support the care team, planning their rotas, liaising with our clients and being a reliable point of contact for any enquiries that come into the office.

Our coordinators are at the front line of the service we offer and the ability to communicate effectively is essential. Experience as a coordinator or as a healthcare assistant is an advantage although full training will be provided. Access to your own transport is required as some travelling may be necessary.

Please note, this role is office based.
