As we embark on this exciting journey we are seeking adynamic and experienced Registered Manager to lead the team anduphold our commitment to delivering highquality care.

Location:Aylsham
Salary:£37500

As theRegistered Manager you will play a pivotal role in overseeing andcoordinating home care services for individuals who requireassistance with activities of daily living. You will be responsiblefor ensuring the delivery of compassionate and personcentered caremanaging care plans and supervising home care staff. Yourleadership will be instrumental in promoting the wellbeing andsafety of our clients while fostering a positive work environmentfor our team.

Key Duties andResponsibilities:
  • Providestrong leadership to branch staff fostering a positive andsupportive work environment.
  • Recruit trainsupervise and evaluate branch staff members including caregiversnurses administrative staff and other personnel.
  • Oversee daytoday operations including scheduling clientintake care planning and service coordination.
  • Ensure compliance with regulations policies andprocedures governing home care services.
  • Buildand maintain positive relationships with clients families andreferral sources.
  • Develop and implementquality assurance processes to ensure highquality careservices.
  • Manage the branch budget andidentify opportunities for revenue growth and costsavings.
  • Mitigate risks related to client carestaff safety and regulatory compliance.
  • Stayinformed about industry trends and best practices in home careservices.

Skills andAttributes:

  • Previousmanagement experience within a domiciliary care setting isessential.
  • Excellent business acumen with astrong desire to develop and grow the service.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of CQC standards.
  • Good leadership skills with effective communicationabilities.
  • Full UK driving license.

Education andQualification:

  • Minimum NVQ Level 4/5 in Health and Social Care orequivalent.
