**What team will I be joining?**
Youll be joining our Trading and Asset Optimisation Team where youll collaborate with seasoned traders and energy market analysts, sharing expertise in order to optimise the teams trading strategy.

**What will I spend my day on at Noriker?**
- Work as part of a 24/7 Trading team, developing and executing trading strategies to maximise P&L across both speculative and battery storage asset positions
- Full responsibility of the Trading desk, including the direct control of multiple battery storage assets
- Conduct real-time analysis of the UK power market and National Grid balancing actions
- Collaborate with market analysts to deliver improvements to our in-house forecasting
- Contribute to the continuous development of trading dashboards and tools
- Support in the production of market intelligence reporting

**What skills will I need to succeed in the role?**
- Bachelor's degree in STEM, Economics, Data Science or a similar field
- Passion for the energy industry, trading or asset optimisation
- Motivated to become an expert in the power market including electricity pricing, hedging, and risk management strategies
- Excellent data and statistical analysis tools
- Flexibility with your working hours
