Creative Content Marketing Officer

Responsibilities:
- Deliver effective creative multimedia content in line with the strategic marketing plan, charity and wider objectives.
- Deliver the marketing plan within budget and achievement of the Hospice’s financial goals, with a focus on ROI.
- Use the Adobe Creative Cloud Suite and Canva Pro to produce creative and striking artwork to engage supporters with appeals and product promotions.
- Generate and produce all video content in line with the brief and work with third party suppliers.
- Performance focused on all social media led campaigns and initiatives in line with KPIs and objectives.
- Responsible for driving digital growth with a focus on supporter acquisition in line with the Income Generation strategy.
- Handle sensitive social media issues.
- Generate, update and manage all website content.
- Monitor artwork quality, accuracy and consistency.
- Complete all projects to a high standard and within the timeline.
- Produce new ideas and concepts in line with our target audience.
- Analyse digital performance using social media engagement tools and GA4 (Google Analytics 4)
- Plan, update and analyse all digital advertising (Including Facebook Ads and Google AdWords)
- Design, plan and write content for all e-newsletters, communicating with the Hospice’s identified audiences.
- Produce engaging and illustrative photography for the organisation. Help manage and maintain effective capture, storage and retrieval systems for photographic images and family, volunteer and staff consent.
- Working closely with the Senior Marketing and Communications Officer to deliver content on income generation briefs, bringing fresh and original concepts at point of concept development.
- Support with administrative duties within the department where necessary. - Be part of an out of hours rota to monitor and update social media and liaise with the Senior Marketing Officer if any urgent issues arise.
**Salary**: From £30,799.65 per year
