Job Title: Receptionist
Hours: Full time - Office Based 8am - 5pm
Contract: Temporary
**Salary**: £10.50 - £13.00 per hour - plus benefits
Location: Near Wythall
Description:
Key Duties:
- Manage and co-ordinate all reception tasks
- Full administrative support - filing, scanning, postal duties, taking deliveries etc
- Answering phones, taking accurate messages and prioritising calls
- Secretarial duties - typing, organise the diary, order stationary etc
- Update and maintain the department's database - excellent Excel is required
- Management of Reception switch board
- Manage and co-ordinate meeting rooms and the schedule diary
Key Skills/Experience Required:
- Previous administrative experience
- Previous experience using a switchboard is desirable
- Excellent IT skills in particular Word and Excel
- Professional telephone manner
- Flexible approach, willing to cover reception at alternate offices if required
- Driver with own access to a vehicle
