**Basic salary £26,935**
**£568 per year attendance allowance**
**(£284 paid every 6 months for 0 sick days)**
**Basic 37 hours a week, Monday to Friday**
**23 days holiday (rising to 26 after five years) plus Bank Holidays**
**Defined Benefit Pension Scheme with c. 18.5% employer contributions (and 3 x salary life cover)**
- To work within a multi-functional team of staff in delivering planned works across the City of Hull.
- Provide detailed advice by being the first point of contact for customers to obtain information about the timing and progress of the investment works being carried out to their homes to ensure customers understand their own role and involvement in the process.
- The liaison work will predominantly on the Planned Works Section and acting as first point of contact.

**Requirements**:

- Experience of a proven track record within customer services
- Excellent communication & organizational skills
- Experience of Microsoft Packages - word, excel
- Flexible & adaptable to changing work environments
- Full driving licence & access to own car
