This job is located in Stamford, Lincolnshire.

**What will you be doing?**

You’ll have a person-centered approach, be willing to undertake additional tasks when required, or in the team leader’s absence, support your team by providing outstanding care in the community, and have a genuine passion for helping others.

**Your duties can involve, but are not limited to;**
- Providing care in the community
- Processing monthly audits
- Scheduling staff rotas
- Training and shadowing of support assistants
- Carrying out spot checks and appraisals
- Holding on-call responsibilities on a rota basis

**Please note: - You will receive additional pay for completing tasks such as interviewing new applicants, carrying out supervisions, creating care plans, and whilst on-call.**

This is not an exhaustive list, and you will at times be required to undertake additional tasks. You will be fully trained and supported in your role at all times.
