Aberdein Considine are looking for an experienced Business Support Assistant to assist with the day to day running of their new office at Blenheim House.

This role will have a number of key responsibilities including:

- Highest level of customer service when greeting clients on arrival, secure sign in procedure and informing departments/staff of their client’s arrival
- Day to day management of front of house
- Administration support for different departments throughout the firm
- Management of meeting room bookings and preparation/presentation of the facilities
- Management of catering requirements for corporate clients and other meetings held
- Answering incoming calls
- Management of car parking facilities
- Daily collection and distribution of mail
- Processing streamline credit/debit card payments and doing daily reconciliation for Finance Department
- Zoom / Teams bookings including room bookings

The start date for this position would be January 2024.

QUALIFICATIONS

**Essential**
- Educated to Higher level or above

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

**Essential**
- Previous experience in a customer service based role - to include diary management
- Call handling - Outbound and Inbound
- Microsoft office
- Experience of using Zoom / Teams

**Essential**
- Ability to multitask, good organisational skills
- Portray a professional manner at all times
- Positive and proactive manner
- Good communication skills both in oral and written form
- Attention to detail
