Becoming a Care Pro with Home Instead is simply about being with our clients to enhance the quality of life for our clients and to help keep them independent in their own home. With Home Instead, care means “quality care”. Our client visits are an average of 90 minutes. This means you know you will have time for that cup of tea and a natter. It means providing support that is completely personalised to the individual and is based on a close bond formed from personality similarities, shared experiences or interests. You can help families know that their loved ones remain safe and well and cared for **at home**. You can deliver a rewarding experience to people who may be lonely or require extra support to retain their independence.
