Event Facilitator and all-rounder.

We are a unique small business, operating since 2015 we have been delivering one-off corporate team building event experiences for national and global clients across the UK. This is a varied role, each day you will be visiting a new location and meeting new people and will be required to work alongside two other event hosts to deliver corporate team building activities. In some instances, you will also be required to attend and deliver events independently and will be required to manage all aspects of the event ensuring an excellent service is provided. There may also be some days spent at the work premises sorting through equipment and preparing for events, this is mínimal and on average is 4-8 days per month during quieter times and not at all during busy periods.

Many of the events we run are one or two hour exclusive events for groups of 30-150 participants. An average day would consist of arriving at our work unit, collecting a van, driving to a venue, set up and running an event, packdown, depart and drive back. Your time on-site at an event is between 2-4 hours, some days will be longer depending on the activity you are running.

There is a lot of paid traveling involved in this role, an 8-10 hour day would consist of 4-6 hours travel and 2-4 hours onsite running the event.

Within this role there will be the opportunity to help develop the business and develop your business skills and learn more about the background of organizing and running events.

Full UK driving license essential

**Salary**: From £21,000.00 per year
