**Job Description**:
You will be part of a growing team developing products for the insurance industry, working with insurance companies, suppliers, police forces and all supporting industries - both within the UK and Worldwide.

We are currently driving cutting-edge technical change making use of the latest cloud technologies, serverless and micro services architecture to meet our client and business requirements.

**Key Responsibilities**:
As a Scrum Master you’ll be the facilitator for our agile development teams. We see the key role of a Scrum Master as to protect the team and keep its members focused on tasks. As a Scrum Masters you will also help Product Owners and Managers maximise productivity by maintaining the backlog and release plan, thereby informing product owners about the scrum team’s success.
- Run stand-up’s, retrospectives, planning meetings, and any other meetings that impact the engineering teams
- Track team analytics such as velocity, focus factor, etc.
- Monitor work boards and remove impediments to ensure cards move through the process in an efficient and timely manner
- Coordinate with scrum masters on other teams when cross-platform needs arise
- Coordinate with product management to ensure card requirements are fully fleshed out before scheduling a task for development
- Coordinate with product management on development priorities and release timelines
- Be an advocate and coach for Agile Practices and Principles

**Qualifications**:
**Essential Requirements**:

- Scrum Master Certification and or 3+ years work-related experience
- Knowledge of agile methodology and frameworks like Scrum, Kanban, etc.
- Demonstrable experience of Scrum Management
- Understand the fundamentals of iterative and incremental development
- Strong knowledge of Scrum theory, rules, and practices.
- Strong organisational, planning and coordination skills
- Ability to work independently to achieve exceptional results
- Strong communication, interpersonal skills
- Works well within tight deadlines (able to prioritise)
- Strong problem solving, analysis, conflict management skills
- Proficient with MS Office, JIRA, Confluence, etc.
