Position Summary:

The MSI Project Manager (Agile, Data Analytics) ensures the successful execution of key IT projects as assigned, managing all aspects of complex projects from inception to conclusion. He/she is a project management resource that will be considered primarily a dedicated resources for the Data and Analytics team and support projects that range from day-to-day activities to the large scale delivery of data oriented initiatives.

Principal Responsibilities:

Manage end to end delivery of data analytics projects using Agile frameworks like ScrumFacilitate Agile Ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily standups, retrospective to foster a collaborative and transparent work environment.Coordinate efforts of data analyst, data engineers and other team members to ensure alignment with project goals and timelines.Manages projects as assigned and is responsible to deliver the intended outcomes in a timely manner.Assists in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and technical feasibility.Analyze project data & provide insights to stakeholders to support data-driven decision making.Attends business segment leader meetings as needed, helping the team gather, analyze, and organize projects, track project progress, and move them to quality completion.Performs risk management to minimize and forecast project risks.Establishes and maintains a relationship with third parties/vendors as required and appropriate.Develops spreadsheets, diagrams, and process maps to document project and process needs.Measures project performance and results using appropriate tools and techniques.Presents to stakeholders and reports on progress, problems, and solutions.

Education, Experience, Skills and Abilities Requirements:

3+ years’ experience in business and/or operations involving strategic execution requiredA Bachelor’s degree in business or related field preferredPMP, Certified Scrum Master or ACP certification highly preferred Proven experience as an IT Project Manager, leading delivery of data analytics project in an Agile environment.Proficient in Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum, with a strong understanding of Agile principles & practices.Proven experience communicating effectively with people at all levels of the organization and presenting information in legible reports to the most senior firm leadership requiredIntermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office products including Excel requiredAbility to communicate effectively with people at all job levels and relay information in legible reports to leadershipDemonstrated ability to understand and evaluate problems and present solutions requiredProven ability to work as a team with a results-driven approach requiredDesire to work as a team with a results-driven approach requiredProven ability to develop and manage change management plans preferredProven ability to understand the internal climate of organizations, define the most productive channels of communication, and use such channels to achieve goals and objectives requiredDemonstrates the firm’s core values, exuding behavior that is aligned with corporate culture.
