**What you’ll be doing**
You will be responsible for delivering open courses to groups online and, on occasion, face to face. You will deliver training programmes in line with our values and standards as well as those of our partners, such as PeopleCert and the Institute of Leadership and Management (ILM). You will be able to think on the spot about how skills can be applied to a wide range of business sectors and environments, understand how delegates process information, and be able to play host actively, and consistently, to delegates.

**What your day-to-day work will look like**:

- Delivering an average of three days per week of live training to groups of c18 people online (approximately 125-140 days training per year)
- Leading and delivering PRINCE2 courses at Foundation and Practitioner Level
- Learning and delivering our Leadership and Management courses at Level 5
- Keeping abreast of latest trends and challenges within the fields of business, leadership and project management
- Confidently using IT systems and video conferencing platforms to deliver training
- Delivering in-house training courses when required (with possible overnight stays)
- Using delegate feedback to improve training style and delivery

**What we need you to bring to the team**

You’ll also need to be organised, have good commercial awareness, and will have held management positions in the past. As the face of the company, you must be smart, well-mannered, possess the right gravitas and be able to discuss further opportunities with clients. A mixture of commercial and presenting experience, as well as a style which is easy, friendly yet challenging of delegates is important. You’ll instantly be an important part of the team and critical to our success and growth.
