**Business Support Administrator**

This is a great opportunity for someone that is well organised and likes to proactively create, refine and follow existing processes within a dynamic fast paced environment.

INTEGY are a modern and growing IT organisation with clients across the UK. We have a constantly evolving blueprint for modernising our clients IT infrastructure into Cloud and Hybrid cloud environments based on the Microsoft suite of cloud services.

This role would suit someone with an accounting or book-keeping background, but this is not necessary a prerequisite.

We fully support hybrid working and have fixed offices in both Barnstaple and Taunton (from May 2024). This role is primarily advertised with someone in commutable distance of Taunton in mind, with the option for hybrid working, although we would consider all options.

**Day to Day - Business Support**
- Perform day to day accounting and bookkeeping activities
- Manage supplier purchasing and payments
- Manage customer service renewals
- Administer employee expenses, common claims and travel arrangements
- Monitor and manage staff time recording
- Create and administer internal policy documentation

**Marketing Administration**

This role would have the opportunity to learn and support marketing activities within INTEGY including:

- Review and copywriting of blogs and newsletter content
- Review and creation of landing pages for our website
- Setup and manage online advertising campaigns including LinkedIn and Google Pay Per Click
- Propose new ideas and events to promote INTEGY and support engagement with existing customers

The marketing activities in this role would be supported by the Co-Founders and external partners supporting marketing and content creation.

**Mandatory Requirements**
- Pass of DBS and potentially Government security clearance
- Right to work in the UK

**Desirable**:

- Experience of working in business administration
- Accounting and bookkeeping experience
- Experience working in an IT support environment or for a Managed Service Provider

**Salary Range**

£23,000.00 to £25,000.00 p/a
