- I am very excited to be workin with our client who are a legal claims advisor based in Taunton. They are looking to add an IT Assistant to their IT department to assist them on a daily basis and provide assistant with software and hardware issues.
- This role is full time in Taunton town centre so you must be able to get there on a daily basis.
- This role will be suitable for someone who has experience in the service industry or in a customer facing role as well as 1st line IT support.
- Essential Skills- Enthusiasm to learn new systems and skills, with a demonstrable interest in IT
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good computer literacy.
- Confidence in using MS operating systems and MS Office products (Word, Outlook and Excel).
- It would also be great if you could use operating systems such as iOS and Android.
