**Marketing Executive**:
Working within the Commercial & Marketing Department, the purpose of this role is to raise awareness of the company products, services and brand through digital marketing, content creation and engagement; as well as produce brochures, packaging and other print media for the business. This role is based at our Head Office and Production Facility in Tewkesbury

Alongside the Senior Marketing Executive and Commercial Manager, you will also conduct digital analysis, track engagement and work alongside the sales team on promotions and literature for customers. The role requires experience working in Marketing to include copywriting, proof reading and editing skills, with the ability to take initiative and a positive, proactive approach

**Marketing Executive Duties**:
Reporting to the Commercial Manager, key duties include:

- Supporting with the implementation of the company marketing strategy under the guidance of the Senior Marketing Executive by producing:

- Print content to a professional standard to include brochures, booklets, packaging, advertisements and signage in line with brand guidelines
- Digital material including social media content and campaigns, videos and advertisements, blogs, articles and customer engagement
- Market research, such as customer questionnaires, focus groups and competitor analysis
- Monitor the performance of the website, social media channels and marketing campaigns; track data analytics, with a focus on continued improvement; and assisting in producing and maintaining the marketing strategy and social media plan
- Maintain the back-end of, and update the company website - including editing pages and amending existing content - demonstrating experience of managing Wix and/or Wordpress-style web portals
- Ensure brand consistency across all media and print publications; assist with the proofreading and copy process; and facilitate the approval process
- Represent the company at seasonal events throughout the year, conducting promotion and engaging with the public, suppliers and our customers

**Marketing Executive Skills**:
Our new Marketing Executive must be skilled in both digital and print, and understand the differing nuances and requirements of each media. You must be a clear communicator with strong interpersonal skills. You must be able to communicate your ideas in simple terms, quickly draft concepts, and adapt to the needs of the business in a fast and responsive manner. You will demonstrate excellent time management by prioritising your workload and be organised with a strong drive and determination

You will have proven proficiency using Adobe Creative Cloud - particularly Illustrator, InDesign and Photoshop; and be skilled with Microsoft Word, Powerpoint and Excel. You will demonstrate a strong knowledge of marketing concepts, principles and fundamentals with excellent proofreading, copywriting and editing skills. With a creative approach to new campaigns, you will have an in-depth understanding of digital and social media best practice. Ideally, you will have experience of producing video content for digital media.

**Marketing Executive Working Hours**:
40 hours per week, normally Monday to Friday. This role is office-based (no hybrid working).
