In this role, you will report to the Group Marketing Director and work closely with the Chief Technology Officer and MD to develop and implement a go-to-marketing strategy for one of the company's key objectives for 2023 and beyond.
You will provide critical marketing support in bringing a new product to market and help expand the company’s presence in the insurance tech space.
Key Responsibilities:
Responsible for the design, implementation, and delivery of a new marketing strategy campaigns schedule across both B2B and B2C environments
Build and implement, monitor, and optimize online and offline campaigns across a range of marketing channels
Work with our Social Media team to develop content marketing campaigns and social channels
Marketing administration tasks such as data gathering, data analysis, content uploads, and data inputting
Daily monitoring, weekly, and monthly reporting on campaign performance and recommendations for improvement to conversion rates and against agreed KPIs
Skills and Experience:
Able to demonstrate a good knowledge/understanding of how to deliver effective campaigns
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to write dynamic content
Demonstrable project management skills
Ability to manage stakeholders and third parties
Familiarity with Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, CRM, and Marketing systems (Salesforce and Pardot) is desirable
Intermediate Microsoft Office skills in Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint essential
