**eDisclosure Project Co-ordinator, Relativity, Rel One, DISCO, Law Firm, Half Remote**

eDisclosure Project Co-ordinator required to work for a Law Firm based in the City of London. However, due to Covid-19, this will be half remote and you will be required to go into the London City office on occasions.

This role is to ensure that the company delivers an efficient, consistent and high quality approach to eDisclosure (litigation and arbitration), Data Subject Access Requests (DSARs), and investigations.

Working with fee earners, you will provide guidance on the planning and delivery of the firm's eDisclosure matters, whether in London or in one of our global offices. You will also be responsible for training our fee earners in the use of Relativity, Brainspace, or any other platform used from time to time, and support the successful progress of internal projects by liaising with chosen vendors.

This role will sit within the Knowledge Management (KM) team. You will work directly with fee earners in relation to individual eDisclosure projects. Read on for more details

We want someone who:

- is technically proficient in Relativity /Rel One
- and ideally DISCO etc.
- has experience of litigation eDisclosure (as opposed to investigations) and ideally of the Disclosure Pilot and DRD
- is happy to set up and maintain projects
- is able to work with fee earners internally and external panel vendors
- can monitor costs and deal with issues at the first stage
- can help educate and train fee earners
- can help develop internal guidance and policies
- can assist with eBundles and later DSARS
- can assist in creating a strategy for the litigation support function at the company

**Salary**: £65,000.00-£75,000.00 per year
