Kennedys is looking for an eDisclosure Consultant to support the eDisclosure Manager with the day to day operation and management of its eDisclosure services. They will support the strategy and guidance on the use of firm's eDisclosure platforms to support the legal teams across the firm when reviewing, assessing, and producing electronic disclosure.

**Team**

Kennedys' Insurance Division assists insurers and reinsurers of major multi-national companies in relation to their global exposures. We provide coverage advice, pursue recoveries and defend high-value, international and complex claims.

- Insurers and reinsurers.
- Corporate clients
- Public bodies including local authorities.

**Cases**
- High value, international and complex claims.
- Inquests and Public Inquiries.

**Key requirements**
- Support the eDisclosure manager in relation to management of mattershosted on eDisclosure platforms
- Assisting legal teams with the management of matters on the platform
- Providing basic training to the legal teams on the use of the eDisclosure platform
- Working on matters from initial data Ingestion through to document production
- Advising legal teams with appropriate workflowsfor the review of documents
- Creation of document productionsfor disclosure in the litigation process
- Liaising with eDisclosure platform providers
- Undertaking document reviews when required.

**Required experience**
- Law degree/LPC qualification
- 1+ years' experience* of a similar role in a law firm or eDisclosure service provider
- Experience using eDisclosure platforms such as Relativity and other comparable software is essential
- Must have an interest in developing a career in an eDisclosure Team
- To be proactive and take the initiative
- Ability to work under pressure
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to manage own time, excellent organisational skills
- Strong technical skills in the use of relevant software especially eDisclosure platforms
- Exceptional attention to detail.
