Job description:
**Monthly and Weekly Payroll Duties**
- End to End weekly and monthly and weekly payroll processing for 340 employees
- HMRC Submissions
- Pension Submissions
- Ad hoc Duties

**Daily duties include the following**:

- Supporting the Control of the day-to
- day running of the company accounts using Sage 50 Accounts / Sage 50 payroll
- Daily processing of staff registration and sickness and HR records using Sage HR
- Control of sales and purchase ledger includes preparing payment runs and scheduling of payments.

**Supporting duties include the following**:

- Support daily data entry of high-volume sales invoices

' Support debtor control accounts and movement updates
- Support processing of bank reconciliations using bank feeds
- Sales and Purchase invoicing (includes cash allocations within Sage 50 Accounts
- Collating information for commissions, Creating commission statements and dealing with commission queries.

**Essential Experience Required**
- Sage 50 Payroll
- 1 year end to end payroll
- Microsoft Excel
- Excellent Customer service, communication skills, honest and be able to manage own work.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Temp to perm
Contract length: 12 months

**Salary**: £25,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
