Join our sales team as an Account Associate

**About the Opportunity**:
Key responsibilities include:

- Proactively contact existing clients to position new services for upsell and pricing increases
- Work closely with other departments to ensure a smooth implementation process
- Keep your CRM fully up-to-date with all active opportunities

The entry level Account Associate does not carry a target for the first 6 months of the role, and then has a trainee target in the second 6 months. After 12 months, a full target is taken on with uncapped earning potential.

**About You**:
Our new Account Associate is** ambitious **and **tenacious.** You are someone who aspires to develop into a target focused sales professional. Possessing the ability to cultivate strong** customer relationships** using your **exceptional communication** skills and **persuasive demeanour **which is suited for **solution-based selling**.

Strong **presentation**, **negotiation**, and **analytical** abilities are essential, alongside a **results-driven mindset**, and a commitment to career growth and **financial success**.
