**URGENTLY REQUIRED Business Administrator**

**Duties to all aspects of Business Administration and staff Rostering to support the service including**:

- Undertaking the rostering of the rota’s of the Care staff and communicating this to employees
- Answering queries regarding rota’s
- Dealing with absences of staff
- Answering the telephone and liaising with clients and carers
- Filing
- Assisting with the initial stages of recruitment
- Copying
- Reception duties
- Data inputting
- Auditing
- Updating records and company trackers
- Any other duties to support the business.

**Desired skills**:

- Must be computer literate and able to operate basic Microsoft Office packages including Word, internet and Excel
- Telephone skills
- Good communication skills
- Understand the importance of confidentiality
- Personal qualities
- Polite, friendly and empathy with the vulnerable people that the service supports
- Energetic, driven and positive
- Pleasant and friendly personality

*Previous Administration experience is preferred but not required

**Desired qualifications**

GCSEs at grades A*-C/9-4 (or equivalent) in Maths and English preferred.

IT qualification (or equivalent) would be beneficial however not essential.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From £10.50 per hour
