Senior Business Intelligence Partner

Location: Norwich, Glasgow or Perth

**Salary**: £60,000 - £70,000

We have an opportunity for an experienced Senior Business Intelligence (BI) Business Partner to play a leading role in our transforming team. This is a great job for someone who has a strong background in data combined with excellent communication and engagement skills.

Partnering with our UK General Insurance Claims business you will lead a team of business partners who through expert engagement will provide the link between the business intelligence team and our user base.

A bit about the job:

- Lead and manage a team of experienced business partners, 4 direct reports, providing guidance, mentorship, and fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth
- Emended within the Claims business, share business knowledge with other BI team members to deliver high quality, relevant business intelligence solutions
- Facilitate the prioritisation and coordination of BI developments across the Claims BI team, focussing on strategic initiatives, regulatory requirements, and provide support to risk events whilst also dedicating specific time to innovation and process improvements
- Ensure business partners are fully utilising their unique position with Claims, combining business and data knowledge to add value
- Drive improvements in user data literacy by ensuring outputs are relevant, effective and easy to understand

Skills and experience we’re looking for:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills at all levels, ability to build strong relationships, internally and externally
- Ability to present complex information concisely at senior management level
- Advanced analytical mindset driving both proactive and reactive actionable insight aligned to strategic themes
- An authority on data and how it can unlock value in large, complex, organisations
- Strong leader, with advance coaching and mentoring skills

- Starting salary between £60,000 and £70,000 (depending on location, skills, experience, and qualifications)
