Contracts Administrator

Hopwells Limited is a leading independent Frozen Food Wholesaler. We are currently looking to recruit an experienced full-time, Administrator to join our Contracts team in Nottingham.
- Assisting with the general day-to-day support of customers (including Local Authority schools, leisure sites, social services and independent customers). Arranging product substitutions and samples, sending product specifications to customers, dealing with pricing/price reviews, opening/closing accounts and answering ad hoc product/operational queries.
- Liaising with customers and other depots/departments to coordinate menu changes, theme days, special events and promotional activity.
- Provide guidance and support to customers/other departments regarding contract compliance, product range and suitability.
- Ensuring excellent customer service by following up customer enquiries, offering ongoing guidance and support on product range and procedures.
- Running and interrogating various reports, extracting data and producing spreadsheets. Assist with the month end reporting for internal and external distribution.
- Fostering relationships with new and existing customers to maximise awareness of the company and product range/suitability/new listings etc.
- Helping co-ordinate taster days and supplier presentations, liaising with suppliers/customers and attending events off site, if and when required.
- Assisting the Contracts Manager with ad hoc projects.

**Essential requirements**

Excellent customer service experience, administrative and analytical skills, a keen eye for detail and capable of managing a varied workload.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £22,000.00-£23,500.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Nottingham, NG8 4LU: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
