**Hours**: Monday - Friday 40 hours per week

**What you'll be doing;**
- Generate and check weekly and monthly tonnage reports
- Support purchase ledger management, ensuring internal controls are adhered to, including reconciliation of supplier statements.
- Management of invoice queries with suppliers
- Support the generation of the monthly Client invoice, sales invoices and recycling centre subcontractor payments
- Provide administrative cover for the Contract Head Office as and when appropriate including reception and administrative duties

**What we're looking for;**
- Previous experience gained in an administrative role
- Effective time management and the ability to meet deadlines
- Previous experience gained handling large amounts of data
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal due to speaking with colleagues, customers and suppliers daily

- Coordinate and manage contracts for the organization
- Review and proofread contracts to ensure accuracy and compliance
- Assist with project coordination and tracking of contract deliverables
- Maintain organized files and documentation related to contracts
- Collaborate with various departments to gather necessary information for contract administration
- Provide administrative support to the contract management team

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in an office or clerical role is preferred
- Proficiency in QuickBooks or similar accounting software is a plus
- Knowledge of medical or dental office procedures is beneficial
- Strong attention to detail and excellent proofreading skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in event planning or coordination is a bonus
